All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Expedited 2-day shipment orders are processed the same day if received prior to 11AM PST/1PM EST, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Customers from United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses are recommended to choose Expedited 2-Day Shipping to avoid shipping delays from Standard shipping.

2-Day Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95 (Free with $75 minimum purchase)

Some shipping methods may not be available in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your cart or your selected shipping address.

We are committed to providing quality products and best services to our clients. However, we understand there may be times that a product does not work for you, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for new products within 30 days of receiving your order. These new products are eligible for a refund or a gift card. We also accept gently used products as returns within 30 days of receiving your order. These used products are only eligible for a gift card you can use on a future purchase. Refunds are not available on these items. Please note that there is a limit of 10 returns on used/tested products per year per customer.

All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged item upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will send you a return label to quickly resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds on damaged items. We will, however, make sure you get what you ordered in excellent condition.

If you wish to process an exchange, we will email you a gift card upon receipt and processing of your return in our warehouse. You may then place a new order with the gift card when you are ready. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you may incur additional shipping charges during an exchange.
